tlicious: The Old Abba Dabbas! Ok, first trip to the beach for the summer coming up in about 2 weeks. On top of that I have a wedding to attend in september…AND July 4th is always a big deal for my hometown and I always go back to see everyone. Time to kick the old Abba Dabbas into Shape! This week has been AMAZING so far. Cut out a bunch of sugary shizz, eating well, and have been working out every morning and evening. Cardio in the AM and target areas (ABs) at night. C’mon tumblr Heauxs…I need all the support and encouragement I can get. I will try and post my progress here so you can all keep me in line. plus, the better I look the more deck I’ll get. You think that’d be reason enough to keep me working out every day. GAH! -T*Licious  I’m here for you babe!!!!
